Payment Failure and Money Deduction:In the event of a payment failure where the users account is debited, but the transaction is not successfully processed, Akij Fair Value cannot be held responsible. Users are advised to review their payment confirmation carefully and verify the status of the transaction.
d. User Responsibility:Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment information and verifying that the transaction has been successfully completed. If a payment failure occurs, the user is required to contact their bank promptly.
d. Communication with the Bank:Akij Fair Value is not responsible for resolving issues related to payment failures or money deductions. Users must directly communicate with their respective banks to address and rectify such issues.

9. User Conduct:
Users agree not to engage in any activities that may harm the platform or other users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraud, hacking, and the transmission of harmful content.
10. Product Delivery Policy :
a. Delivery Time:Product will be deliverd inside Dhaka within maximum 5 working days and outside Dhaka within maximum 10 working days.
b. Dairy product delivery policy:25% Advance is required to place order for Bicycles.
c. Others product policy:In case of ordering food & beverage item costing more than 10,000/- BDT, 10% advance pay is needed.
d. Product Replacement and refund:In case a delivery is delayed, Akij Fair Value will neither cancel nor refund the delivery fee (if any). Any type of judgement is acceptable to us.
d. Not reach the users:If you do not accept delivery when it is ready, or if we are unable to deliver at the specified time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions or authorizations, the goods will be considered delivered to you, and you will bear all risk and responsibility for them. Any storage, insurance, and other fees incurred as a result of our inability to deliver are your responsibility, and you agree to fully pay us for such charges.
11. Cancellation Policy :
If you decide to cancel your order, you can do it via the website. If the order is on the way, you must tell us immediately, preferably via phone, and include your order number and any relevant details about the order
In the rare event that our delivery team delivers an incorrect/damaged/decayed item, you have the right to reject the incorrect item before receiving it, and you will be fully replaced for any missing items. If the delivery team is only able to make a partial delivery **a few products may not be available**, we will notify you or propose a replacement for the missing items. You have the right to refuse a partial order prior to delivery.We may cancel an order due to product unavailability, product weight and price variations, or for any other reason.
